We offer a day in-nature one day workshop for IT professionals to rest, relax, refresh, restore, recreate, rejuvenate, and renew by integrating Forest bathing – inspired by the Japanese art and science of Shinrin-Yoku, seeking a deep and meditative connection with nature, promoting health and happiness that prescribes “awakening all senses” in the woods- and the Yogic practices ranging from asana, pranayama, mudra, meditation, and quantum healing.

2. Couples Workshop: Three days HOLISTIC INTEGRATED WELLNESS WORKSHOP for Newly married Couples & Couples to be parents
